The Zhebrivsky Family Charitable Foundation, together with the pharmaceutical company Farmak, continues to support Ukrainian culture — a vital force that preserves our heritage and passes national values to future generations.
This year, the Foundation supported the celebration of Andriivskyi Descent’s Anniversary, which took place during the first weekend of September. The event began with a morning charity run and continued with a vibrant program that included performances by dance ensembles, retro dance workshops, and brass band concerts. The highlight of the day was a unique video projection on the façade of St. Andrew’s Church, created by artist and soldier Mykola Marusyk from the 25th Sicheslav Brigade.
Another large-scale initiative was the support of the world premiere of Dmytro Bortniansky’s opera “Creon”, held at the Olha Kobylianska Chernivtsi Regional Music and Drama Theater. This masterpiece, considered lost for almost 250 years, has been revived thanks to the collaboration of artists and patrons. The Foundation financed the special stage construction and set design for the production.
In total, more than UAH 2 million were allocated to these two cultural initiatives.
