Meeting of the Honourable Council of the Order of Saint Panteleimon Held

18 April 2025

On April 16, a regular meeting of the Honourable Council of the Order of Saint Panteleimon, organised by Filya Zhebrovska, Chairwoman of the Farmak Supervisory Board and founder of the Foundation, was held at Farmak.

The Order of St. Panteleimon is the highest public award for professionalism and mercy, which has been presented to Ukrainian medics for their noble work in the healthcare sector for eight consecutive years. Farmak and the Zhebrivsky Family Charitable Foundation are partners in this initiative and have allocated over UAH 9 million to support it.

In trying times, when medics are on the front line of the battle for life every day, such an award holds special value. It not only honours personal merits but also underscores the role of the medical community as a pillar of society, inspiring service and affirming the values of humanity and mercy.

During the meeting, the progress of the competition was announced, the composition of the International Expert Commission was presented, and the members of the Professional and Ethical Commission were approved.

At the event, Yurii Yekhanurov, a member of the Honourable Council, commended the Zhebrivsky Family Charitable Foundation and presented a letter of gratitude to Filya Zhebrovska for her support for the army and the fight for our independence.

“No one will build this country for us!”  Vasyl Kniazevych, Chairman of the Honourable Council, remarked at the end of the event.

Together, we continue to support our medics, both combat and civilian, who save lives.
