Children of Farmak’s personnel and the Zhebrivsky Family Charitable Foundation helped pupils of the Maliatko Special School

By involving children in good deeds, we teach them the responsibility and compassion. This year, to celebrate June 1 – Children’s Day – Farmak prepared a collection of children’s fairy tales “Journey to the Fairy Tale”. The children of the company’s employees authored their own stories and drew illustrations for them, and printed books by small authors were sold out at Farmak.

With the money collected and with the support of the Zhebrivsky Family Charitable Foundation, they bought drawing albums, coloured paper and other stationery for the pupils of the Maliatko Special School. The total amount donated was over UAH 31 thousand.

Maliatko Special School is a special institution for our Foundation, we have been supporting it for over 40 years. About 160 children, including children with special educational needs, currently study in this school. Thanks to meticulous work and commitment to their work, teachers manage to reveal the talents of each child, lay a reliable foundation, which is a support for them for the rest of their lives.

“This work is not easy, but we see the outcome when children change, open up. Many pupils visit us after finishing school. Of course, if it weren’t for the support of caring people, we wouldn’t be able to create an institution that would be interesting and useful for children,” says Lidiya Semenivna Lytvynenko, Deputy Master of the institution.

The school pays a lot of attention to the creative development of children. Paintings, Easter eggs, dolls crafted by children with their hands are impressive. It is worth highlighting the Motanka rag dolls, which the pupils and teachers create for the military guys at the front and which our Foundation transfers to the Defenders along with materiel and equipment. Maliatko School has already delivered more than 200 such parcels to the front.

While the enemy is trying to take away childhood from our children, we must be their reliable support and help.
