Ukrainian “Motanka” rag doll is not a simple doll made of threads and cloths. The “Motanka” is a depositary of ancient Ukrainian traditions; it is a symbol of wisdom and a protective charm.

Such small amulets are made by the children in Maliatko specialized school for our Defenders. We add such gifts from the children into nearly every donation. It seems to be peanuts as compared to UAVs or anti-drone protection, but our guys get highly excited about these children’s DIY’s.

In the picture, there are guys from the special battalion, to whom we donated a diesel generator and a charge station with the gifts from children.

Upon onset of the full-scale invasion, this battalion participated in the defence of Kyiv and now defend us at the eastern axis.
